Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Umrah Guider, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and reliable pilgrimage experience. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds. By booking with us, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Deposits

All bookings require an advance deposit at the time of reservation.

This deposit is non-refundable as it covers administrative costs, visa initiation, and supplier commitments.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund terms will apply:

More than 60 days before departure → Refund of total paid, minus deposit and any non-refundable visa/airline/hotel fees.

30–59 days before departure → 50% refund of the total package cost (after deducting non-refundable fees).

15–29 days before departure → 25% refund of the total package cost (after deducting non-refundable fees).

Less than 15 days before departure → No refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following costs are strictly non-refundable once incurred:

Visa application fees (once submitted).

Airline tickets after issuance (unless the airline itself provides credit/refund).

Hotel bookings with non-refundable conditions.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

Date or package changes are subject to availability and additional supplier fees.

In cases of genuine emergencies (e.g., serious illness), we may, at our discretion, offer a travel credit toward a future package instead of cancellation.

5. Cancellation by the Company

If Umrah Guider is required to cancel your package due to operational reasons (e.g., supplier default, minimum group requirements not met), you will be offered either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule your pilgrimage at no extra cost.

6. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

Umrah Guider cannot be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events outside our control, such as:

Government restrictions or changes in pilgrimage regulations.

Airline schedule changes, strikes, or cancellations.

Natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, refunds may not be possible; however, we will work with suppliers to provide alternative arrangements, rescheduling, or future travel credits where available.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
