Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to be clear about what happens if your plans change. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and any airline or hotel rules that apply to your booking.
Deposits
Deposits secure your space with suppliers and are non-refundable.
Cancellation timelines
Percentages below apply to amounts we have received, after deducting any non-recoverable supplier charges (airlines, hotels, ground handlers) already paid or committed.
- More than 60 days before departure: up to 90% refundable
- 30–60 days before departure: up to 70% refundable
- 15–29 days before departure: up to 50% refundable
- Less than 15 days before departure: up to 25% refundable
Supplier penalties may reduce the refundable amount. We will share a breakdown on request.
Visa outcomes
If a visa is refused and no travel has been ticketed, we refund any balance we still hold after deducting visa fees and non-recoverable supplier charges. Written proof of refusal is required.
Force majeure
If government restrictions or major disruptions affect travel, we will work with suppliers to secure the best available option (refund, credit, or rebooking) according to their policies.
Non-refundable items
- Visa application fees once submitted
- Travel insurance premiums
- Bank or card transaction charges
- Any third-party fees already incurred on your behalf
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. International transfers may incur bank charges outside our control.
Modifications
Changes to dates, names, or rooming are subject to availability and any fees set by airlines, hotels, or ground partners. Price differences may apply when rebooking.
