HajjGuider is operated by Air Saffar (Pvt) Ltd, Company No. 14794951, registered in the UK.

Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and these terms.
• Details we send in writing (itinerary, inclusions/exclusions, payment schedule) form part of your booking conditions.

Pricing and payments

• Prices may change until payments are received and suppliers confirm.
• Deposits are non-refundable and secure space with suppliers.
• Unless otherwise stated, balances are due 8 weeks before departure. Late or missing payments may lead to cancellation and supplier-imposed charges.

Cancellations and changes

• If you cancel, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies alongside any airline/hotel fees already incurred.
• Name or date changes are subject to availability and any supplier charges.
• If we must make a significant change, we will notify you promptly and discuss available alternatives or refunds in line with supplier rules.

Flights and suppliers

We often act as an agent for airlines, hotels, ground handlers, and other suppliers. Their terms and conditions also apply to your booking.

Visas

Visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities. We provide guidance and submissions where included, but approval is not guaranteed.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services we provide directly. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control (including government decisions, weather, or operational changes by suppliers).

ATOL protection

Packages that include flights are protected via LycaFly (ATOL 9624). ATOL protection covers your money if we or the ATOL holder become insolvent.

Complaints

Please raise concerns promptly with our team during travel so we can assist. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 28 days of the end of your trip.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
