This is a practical role for someone who can explain package differences clearly, respond to pilgrim questions, and support people through the details that matter: flights, hotel distance, rooming, documents, mobility, and timing.
What the role involves
- Speaking with pilgrims and families about Hajj and Umrah plans
- Helping compare packages, hotels, flight options, and rooming choices
- Explaining practical preparation steps in plain English
- Coordinating with internal team members and partners
- Keeping notes accurate so follow-up is smooth
- Helping improve our planning resources based on real customer questions
Who this may suit
This may suit someone with Hajj or Umrah travel experience, pilgrimage operations experience, or strong customer advisory experience in a travel setting.
You should be calm, clear, organised, and respectful with families who may be making one of the biggest travel decisions of their lives.
Useful experience
- Hajj, Umrah, or Muslim travel sector experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, or Persian language skills
- Good attention to detail with dates, documents, and itinerary notes
- Experience handling customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, or email
